Adorable blue sausage dog with balloon wall hanging in embroidery hoop.

All hanging hoops are made with flock and glitter heat transfer vinyls on a thick cream cotton fabric, stretched into a wooden embroidery hoop. They hang from a slim velvet loop of ribbon, attached to the top of the hoop.
