Girls mini cape black spot and lilac daisy

Handmade cotton and tulle cape.

These capes are layered with a short cotton fabric ruffled lining in white black polka dot, a layer of flocked dot tulle and a soft daisy tulle layer, finished with cotton herringbone binding that ties round the neck.
